电(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi),是运(yun)用于电(dian)(dian)气设备(bei)中常(chang)用的一(yi)(yi)种重要元件(jian),用以容(rong)(rong)纳(na)电(dian)(dian)荷。两金属板之间(jian)夹上一(yi)(yi)层绝(jue)缘物质(zhi)(zhi)(电(dian)(dian)介(jie)质(zhi)(zhi))即可(ke)构(gou)成一(yi)(yi)个(ge)最简单的电(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)。两个(ge)金属板即为电(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)的两个(ge)电(dian)(dian)极。使电(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)带(dai)电(dian)(dian)叫做充电(dian)(dian),使充电(dian)(dian)后(hou)的电(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)失去电(dian)(dian)荷叫做放电(dian)(dian)。所带(dai)电(dian)(dian)量,就是电(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)的一(yi)(yi)个(ge)极板上所带(dai)电(dian)(dian)量的绝(jue)对(dui)值。其击(ji)穿电(dian)(dian)压与额定(ding)电(dian)(dian)压即加(jia)在(zai)电(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)两极上的电(dian)(dian)压如(ru)果超(chao)过某一(yi)(yi)极限,电(dian)(dian)介(jie)质(zhi)(zhi)将被击(ji)穿从而损(sun)坏电(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi),这个(ge)极限电(dian)(dian)压叫击(ji)穿电(dian)(dian)压,额定(ding)电(dian)(dian)源就是电(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)长期(qi)工作所能承受的电(dian)(dian)压,额定(ding)电(dian)(dian)压比击(ji)穿电(dian)(dian)压低。

常用的电(dian)容(rong)器(qi)根(gen)据介(jie)质(zhi)的不同区分为:纸介(jie)质(zhi)电(dian)容(rong)器(qi)、油浸(jin)纸介(jie)质(zhi)电(dian)容(rong)器(qi)、金属化(hua)纸介(jie)质(zhi)电(dian)容(rong)器(qi)、云(yun)母电(dian)容(rong)器(qi)、薄(bo)膜电(dian)容(rong)器(qi)、陶瓷电(dian)容(rong)器(qi)、电(dian)解电(dian)容(rong)器(qi)等等。

一、纸介质电容器:

    利用两(liang)片金属箔作为(wei)电极,夹(jia)在(zai)极薄的(de)电容(rong)(rong)纸中,卷成圆柱状或(huo)扁柱形芯(xin)子,然后密封(feng)在(zai)金属壳(qiao)(qiao)或(huo)绝缘(yuan)材料的(de)壳(qiao)(qiao)内(nei)制(zhi)成。这(zhei)种电容(rong)(rong)的(de)特点(dian)是(shi)体积比较(jiao)小,可制(zhi)作容(rong)(rong)量较(jiao)大。但固有电感以(yi)及损耗都偏(pian)大,一般用在(zai)低频(pin)电路中。

二、油浸纸介质电容器:

把纸介质电容器浸在经过特别处理的油里(相当于对纸介质电容器进行(xing)强化),可增强耐压性。特点是就是电容量大、耐压高,但体积也比较大。

三、金属化纸介质电容器(结构和(he)纸(zhi)介电容相同(tong))

    在电容器纸上覆上一层金属膜来代(dai)替金属箔,体积小,容量较大,一般用(yong)在低频电路中。

四、云母(mu)电容(rong)器:

    用金属箔或者在云母片上喷涂银层做(zuo)电(dian)(dian)极(ji)(ji)板,极(ji)(ji)板和云母一层一层叠合后,封固在环(huan)氧树脂中制成。特(te)点是介质损耗(hao)小(xiao),绝缘电(dian)(dian)阻大、温度系数(shu)小(xiao),一般用于高频电(dian)(dian)路。

五、薄膜电容器(结构(gou)和(he)纸(zhi)介电容(rong)相同,介质是涤纶或者聚苯乙烯)

涤纶薄膜电(dian)容(rong):介(jie)电(dian)常数较高,体积小(xiao),容(rong)量大,稳定性较好,作(zuo)为旁路电(dian)容(rong)比较多。

聚苯乙烯薄膜电(dian)容:介质损耗小,绝(jue)缘电(dian)阻高(gao),但是温度系数大,一(yi)般用在高(gao)频电(dian)路。

六、陶瓷电容器(qi):

    使用陶瓷作为介质,在陶瓷基体的两面喷涂银层,然后烧成银质薄膜作为极板制成。它的特点是体积小,耐热性好(陶瓷耐热)、损耗较小、绝缘电阻高,但容量小,适合用在高频电路中。

七(qi)、电(dian)解电(dian)容器(qi)又分为以下两种:

1)铝电解(jie)电容器(qi)

它是由(you)铝(lv)圆筒作为负极,里面(mian)装(zhuang)有(you)(you)液体电解质,插(cha)入(ru)一(yi)片(pian)弯曲的铝(lv)带作为正(zheng)极制(zhi)成(cheng)。还需要(yao)经过直流(liu)电压处理,使正(zheng)极片(pian)上形成(cheng)一(yi)层氧(yang)化膜作为介(jie)质。它的特(te)点是容(rong)量(liang)大,但(dan)是漏电大,稳定性(xing)差,有(you)(you)正(zheng)负极性(xing),适宜用于(yu)电源(yuan)滤(lv)波或者低频电路中。使用的时候,正(zheng)负极切勿接反。

2)钽、铌电(dian)解电(dian)容器

用(yong)(yong)金属钽(tan)或者铌作为(wei)正(zheng)极,用(yong)(yong)稀硫酸等配液作为(wei)负极,用(yong)(yong)钽(tan)或铌表面生成的(de)(de)氧化膜(mo)作为(wei)介质制成。它(ta)的(de)(de)特点是体(ti)积(ji)小、容(rong)量大、性(xing)能稳定、寿命长、绝缘电阻大、温度特性(xing)好。用(yong)(yong)在(zai)要求(qiu)较高的(de)(de)设(she)备中。

根据其应用领域不同可列出(chu)包括但(dan)不限于(yu)以下几种:
